01 / CONTEXT

The problem
behind the product.

Problem

Businesses needed a usable way to accept digital-asset payments without surrendering custody of funds or assembling wallets, payment links, invoices, webhooks and merchant operations from separate tools.

Approach

I translated the commercial model into a merchant-controlled payment architecture, then built the majority of the product surface: payment flows, merchant dashboard, integration layer, operational tooling and deployment path.

02 / SYSTEM

Architecture,
not magic.

02Payment orchestration→

04Webhooks & APIs→
05Operational monitoring

Constraints

  • Small early-stage team
  • Security-sensitive payment flows
  • Pre-revenue product validation
  • Multiple merchant use cases

My ownership

  • Defined the technical roadmap and platform boundaries
  • Built more than 80% of the product hands-on
  • Designed payment links, QR/POS, invoicing and merchant workflows
  • Owned integration, deployment and production-readiness decisions
03 / EVIDENCE

What can be
defended.

01

2,800 registered users from early advertising

02

More than 80% built personally

03

Production-ready in roughly six months

04

Non-custodial settlement to merchant-controlled wallets

04 / REFLECTION

What I would improve now.

The next engineering phase is deeper observability, stronger automated risk controls and disciplined scaling around verified merchant usage—not feature volume for its own sake.
